STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Submit accurate academic/medical records.

Attend all scheduled training sessions/interviews.

TERM & TERMINATION

This agreement is valid for 6 months or until sponsorship is secured.

Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice. No refunds if services have commenced.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Success depends on Client’s merit/effort.

The Consultant is not liable for visa/rejection decisions by shipping companies.
